What is Google replacing third-party cookies with?
Google is replacing third-party cookies with Privacy Sandbox technologies to protect user privacy while allowing targeted ads.
Third-party cookies track your online activity to show personalized ads, but they can also access personal details. Privacy Sandbox introduces features like Tracking Protection, which blocks these cookies, and Ad Topics, which shows relevant ads based on your recent browsing data without compromising privacy.
This switch is set to be completed by 2025.
